Hi and Welcome to my website!

For the past 21 years, I have been serving the Charlotte and outer communities as a personal Life & Relationship Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, Professional Rebirther, Certified Hypnotherapist, REIKI Master and Workshop & Retreat Facilitator. Using a "Dr. Phil" approach with my clients and being very "action" oriented, I am a no non-sense type of coach.  Being holistic in my approach to healing, my focus is on the Mind, Body and Spirit.  My integrated massage work includes Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Trager, Neuromuscular and Deep Tissue. 

Located near the corner of South Blvd. and Woodlawn Road, my home office is very relaxed and comfortable, as well as centrally located, only minutes from Uptown, the Light Rail Depot, and I-77. 

I see clients on an appointment-only basis.  Hours are generally from Noon until 6:00 or 7:00 pm weekdays and occasional Saturdays.  

My hope is that most of your questions about my practice will be answered throughtout this website.  Since I do not accept insurance and am not set up for credit cards, I  keep my rates very affordable.
